Emily Winston of Boichik Bagels was interviewed on Bay Area KGO ABC-7 to update the community on the construction of her new bagel manufacturing plant. Winston raised $1 million on the SMBX marketplace to finance the bagel plant and a new retail location in Palo Alto.

Arizona’s Fox10 recently spent time with Early Bird Vegan’s Chef Krystal during Phoenix’s Vegan Restaurant Week. She put on a brief (and delicious) cooking demonstration for Arizona Morning’s viewers. In August of 2022, Early Bird Vegan raised $58,000 to expand on the SMBX marketplace.
